Selecting the Parameters

You can select the parameters present in the Parameters card in the LS-DYNA input file.

Before you begin: You must first select the input file and prepare the component (see Selecting an Input File and Preparing the Component).

  1. Double-click the LS-DYNA component icon .

    The LS-DYNA Component Editor appears.

  2. In the LS-DYNA Component Editor, click the Input tab.

  3. Click the Parameters subtab.

    The parameters present in the Parameters card in the LS-DYNA input file appear.

  4. Select the parameters you want to use in your Isight model by doing any of the following:

    Option Description
    Click the check box Select an individual parameter.
    Check Select all the parameters.
    Uncheck Clear all the selected parameters.

  5. Add the selected parameters to the Parameter area at the bottom of the component editor.

    Click to add the selected parameters to the Isight Parameter area.

    Click to remove the selected parameters from the Isight Parameter area.

    The parameters added to the Isight Parameter area are added to Isight and can be used with your Isight model.

  6. If desired, edit the Isight Parameter Value.

  7. Click to move the selected parameter up in the table, or click to move the selected parameter down in the table.
