Modeling Co-Simulation Flow

A co-simulation group is a parallel simulation flow in which the first component in each parallel branch is marked as being a member of the group.

An Isight model can have any number of co-simulation groups. Each component in a group is highlighted with a dotted outline in the simulation flow diagram, and different colors are used to show separate groups. The example below shows two co-simulation groups.

In this example the Simcode component is not part of the first co-simulation group. It will be executed independently from the group. See Creating a Co-Simulation Process Flow in the Isight User’s Guide for details about how to build a co-simulation group.
