Stopping the Derby Database

You can manually stop the Derby Database.

Important: Do not stop derby database unless and until TomEE has been stopped successfully. For more information, see Stopping TomEE.

  1. Browse to the following directory:

    <SEE_install_directory>/config/tomcat/bin

  2. Do one of the following:

    • Windows: Double-click the derby_shutdown.bat file.
    • Linux: Open a new terminal and run the derby_shutdown.sh command.
