Double-click the Excel component icon

The Excel Component Editor appears.
From the Excel Component Editor, click Browse.
The Open dialog box appears.
Navigate to the Excel workbook that you want to use, and click Open.
Note:
If Isight
detects named cells in your workbook, a message appears indicating that
you can instantly map the parameters at this time. Click Yes
to map the parameters now. Click No to map the
parameters manually at a later time or to not map them at all. For more
information about mapping these parameters manually, see Mapping Named Cells/Ranges.
If the original workbook contains figures or graphics, they are not
displayed in the editor. In addition, information about defined calculations
is not available.
The workbook is loaded into the editor.
If desired, click the
button in the upper right corner of the tab to alter
the range (number of displayed rows and columns) within the Excel editor.
You can use this option to define mappings beyond the currently displayed
range or to decrease the overall range if parts of it are no longer needed.
Once updated, the range is saved on a per-worksheet basis and is used
each subsequent time the component is accessed.
Click Store workbook in the model if you want
the workbook saved as part of the Isight
model file.
This option is useful if you want to allow this component to be distributed
for execution on any Windows computer without requiring that the workbook
file exist on that computer.

Click OK to save your changes and to close the
Excel Component Editor.
