Accessing the Design Gateway

You start the example by running the Isight Design Gateway.

About the Isight Design Gateway Layout

  1. Click the Windows Start button, select All Programs / Dassault Systemes SIMULIA Isight 2017, and click Design Gateway.

    To start the Design Gateway on Linux, execute the gateway command from the <Isight_install_directory>/<operating_system>/code/command/directory.

  2. If the Logon dialog box appears, select the Standalone connection profile, and click OK. For more information on logon options, see About Connection Profiles.

    The Design Gateway appears with a default Task component already added to the model’s simulation process flow.



  3. If you are using Isight for the first time and you are starting the Design Gateway in a Standalone environment, click Yes to publish components to the library. You will not see the publish components message the next time you start the Design Gateway.
